Must be in original purchase condition (new or used) and be accompanied by an original sales receipt.

General merchandise items are returnable within thirty (30) days of purchase, with original receipt. These items must be in an unused, resalable condition. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment was made, or in the form of a store gift certificate.

Students have until the Add/Drop deadline (typically seven days after the semester begins) to return textbooks purchased or rented for a full refund. An exception is made if the students show proof that a class was dropped prior to the add/drop date of the semester. If a student withdraws from a course after the Add/Drop deadline, the students have seven days from the drop date to return the books for a full refund. New books must be in new condition, CDs must remain sealed, no bent corners, no markings. All returns must be accompanied by an OWU Campus Store receipt.
